LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). ThriveHighLeads is a registered DBA of Welcome GoodLife LLC.

chatbots, AI assistants, or other services we provide online (collectively, the "Services").

Booking a free strategy call does not create any obligation on either side. Any paid engagement
will be governed by a separate written agreement.

We do not guarantee any specific results, leads, conversions, revenue, or business outcomes. Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

Your industry, market, pricing, and offer
Your sales process and follow-up
Ad platform changes and policies
Economic and seasonal conditions
Your engagement and responsiveness

Any examples, case studies, testimonials, or numbers shared on our Site reflect specific situations
and are not promises of similar results for you.

6. AI-Powered Services

Some of our Services use artificial intelligence, including chatbots, conversational AI assistants, and automated text or email follow-up. While we configure and monitor these tools carefully, AI systems
can occasionally produce inaccurate, unexpected, or incomplete responses.

7. Paid Services and Client Engagements

We do not currently sell products or accept payment directly on this Site. All paid engagements with ThriveHighLeads are arranged separately and governed by a written services agreement, statement
of work, or proposal between you and Welcome GoodLife LLC.

If we begin offering online purchases or subscriptions through this Site in the future, additional terms covering pricing, payment, refunds, and cancellations will apply and be made available at the point of purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, branding, copy, scorecards, calculators, training materials, and software, is owned by Welcome GoodLife LLC or our licensors
and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works from any content on
this Site without our prior written permission. The names "ThriveHighLeads" and "Welcome GoodLife" and our logos are our trademarks and may not be used without permission.

the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that information to
provide and improve our Services, communicate with you, and operate our business subject to

that it does not violate any third-party rights or laws.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WELCOMEGOODLIFE LLC, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR FREE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Liability for paid client engagements is governed by the separate services agreement signed by both parties.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Welcome GoodLife LLC, ThriveHighLeads, and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights
Any content or information you submit through the Site
